It is effective and I can see it that it works. Within the first week, I could see a slight change in my skin. I noticed this is helping grow my eyelashes as well. My lashes were nothing special before, but now I'm seeing there is more length to both the top on the outside corner and full bottom. This formulation appears to work well for me internally. While I take terrible photos, this stuff is the best I've used, hands down.

I am a fit over 40 mom of 3 and getting older, seeing those fine lines and wrinkles is not exciting. But, this product has helped me with that. I absolutely love this product. Absolutely love these! As I've gotten older it's getting harder to grow my hair. I've been stuck at the same length for a few years now, with little change because my hair will get so brittle it just snaps when I brush it. I've tried every topical thing out there, and not much helped. I finally figured I'd try to get the growth going from the inside.

I’m all for these vitamins!! This is after about 25 days of using. My skin has had much more of a glow to it and just seems healthier and I haven’t had any breakouts! I’ve struggled with dull skin and these vitamins have totally restored my glow!!
